Rose-Stella is a keynote and speaker on the science of self care for women, regulating the stressed nervous system, and entrepreneurship as a path to generational healing. She is passionate about helping women in prioritizing their well-being, by transforming subconscious, cultural, limiting beliefs and habits.

Rose-Stella also owns a private practice, Ms. Rose’s TheraPlace. She lives in Sacramento, CA where she enjoys making memorable moments with her two children, the bliss of sunbathing, teaching dance to children, and laughing.
